Making Internal Processes More Efficient
Its hard to scale a company if your sales team can’t efficiently get quotes out the door. An issue quickly realized when marketing starts to drmaticaly increase the number of new leads comming in on a daily basis. At the time, quotes were mainly being done by hand and there was little data being shared between departments. Needing a better solution was obvious, which sent us to the drawing board.

What We Created
An internal quotation tool build specifically for the Somfy team. Not only was the tool designed to easily create and add products to a quote but also automatically performed precise calculations on kit components and quantities based on a number of different variables.
SalesForce Integration
Integration Made Simple With Zapier
Through Zapier, integration with salesforce became a breeze. Now teams in other departments such as purchasing, customer services, and marketing could have a full view of how their work synced up with that of the sales team.
